Investigation into the fabrication of dielectric materials suitable for low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) applications and their characterisation at high frequencies is a prominent research area. There are only limited reports presenting microwave properties of material before firing takes place. This paper reports the dielectric properties of the GreenTapes at low frequencies and at microwave frequencies. Low and High frequency dielectric properties of greentape material at room temperature are studied using a LCR meter and dielectric probe technique respectively. Split post dielectric resonator technique is used in the temperature range from 10K to 290 K for the estimation of complex permittivity.en_US
