Accelerating Agricultural Biomass Utilization for Sustainable Development: The Oeuvres of the 4th Subject Specialized Conference of International Bioprocessing Association

Abstract

This special issue of Bioresource Technology is based on the papers presented in the 4th Subject Specialized Conference of International Bioprocessing Association held at the Henan Agricultural University in Zhengzhou, China on accelerating agricultural biomass utilization for sustainable development. The conference was co-sponsored by International Bioprocessing Association, Henan Agricultural University, Henan Institute of Agricultural Engineering, Huanghe S &. T University, and co-undertaken by the Key Laboratory of New Materials and Facilities for Rural Renewable Energy of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the International Joint Laboratory of Biomass Energy and Nanomaterials of Henan Province. Professor Ashok Pandey was the honorary chairman of the conference, and Professor Quanguo Zhang from Henan Agricultural University and Professor Duu-Jong Lee from Taiwan University were the chairmen of the conference.
